Consolidated Parts Group Total Loss Claims Program

Total Loss Claims has cost collision repair shops time, money, and loss of work at an increasing rate for the past several years. CPG has created a program whereby shops can still enjoy tangible benefits as they deal with Total Loss Claims, and assist their customers in getting the settlement they deserve. First, let's establish a few facts to consider: Insurer's are required by law to put their insured's back to "Pre-loss condition" whether the vehicle is to be repaired or declared a Total Loss. Consumer's are primarily unfamiliar with this requirement, and/or do not pursue a proper settlement that is fully inclusive of putting them back to pre-loss conditions. Often, consumers have to subsidize the insurer's pay-off or settle for a vehicle that is not equivalent to the one involved in the accident leading to a Total Loss Claim.

CPG has created a program that is simple to use for shops, has benefits for the shop and the vehicle owner, and recognizes the customer may easily, and far too often, be lead to accept less than they are owed by their insurance company. Here is a description of how the program works.

It includes a list of participating CPG dealers who have designated a contact person to work strictly with your customers BEFORE they settle so they can be assured of getting proper insurance settlements necessary to put them back to pre-loss conditions. This allows your customer to shop first before settling, get a complete out-the-door detailed "Pre-Sale Invoice" for filing with their claim to their insurer, and a GREAT price so they can be assured of no out-of-pocket costs to them. This guide includes what the consumer needs to know in order to receive a fair and equitable settlement. Our CPG dealers will guide them, also and make the process exceptionally simple and hassle-free, while helping them get far more out of their settlement than is otherwise likely.
